General Schedule for Arhatic Yoga Meditation
All Arhatic yoga meditations include exercises to clear the body of congested energy, breathing exercises, Superbrain exercise, Blue Triangle exercise, one of the Twin Hearts meditations, light exercises to process incoming energy, an Arhatic meditation, and light exercises.
The schedule varies from week to week. Please call or email before coming. All meditations, unless otherwise noted, are at my home.Remember, the energy is stronger in groups. I hope you can come.
